We obviously have our standard hourly rate however the majority of our clients pay a fixed rate per month under an open monthly contract(cancel anytime with 30days notice required). You will have unlimited access to our help desk for remote & telephone support, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, standard on-site support (within 4 hours), emergency on-site support (within 1 hour or less), backup management, disaster recovery plan implementation, and much, much, more.
